President
Darsh is a producer dedicated to advancing underrepresented creators, particularly South Asians. Originally from Orange County, he earned his BFA in film and TV producing from Columbia College Chicago before returning to Los Angeles. With experience on shows for HBO, Comedy Central, Apple, and NBC, he is committed to amplifying diverse voices and standing up for justice. As a founder of Chaotic Neutral Studios, he champions bold expression that challenges conventions and pushes back against the forces that suppress creativity and truth. His award-winning work ensures authentic narratives take center stage, driving meaningful change in the industry.
Avi Zephyra
Director of Operations
Avi Zephyra is a filmmaker, producer, and founder dedicated to helping artists and brands stand out through bold storytelling and innovative design. Raised in Chicagoland, he earned a BFA in Film and TV Producing from Columbia College Chicago before starting his career in commercial production. After moving to Los Angeles, he expanded into film and television, working on projects for Netflix, Disney, and Warner Bros. Through his creative agency, Chaotic Neutral Studios, he pushes the boundaries of branding and visual storytelling to elevate artists and their work.
